Regardless of your industry, The Kelley Center for Entrepreneurship offers adult and professional training for individuals and teams. Online or in-person training with flexible scheduling will fit your organizations needs. All coursework is designed for the adult learner with topics including conflict management, emotional intelligence, and coaching and mentoring in the workplace.

The Leadership Accelerator
When you promote your best staff to supervisory roles, they have the technical skills they need to be successful. We can help them develop the leadership skills that will make their transition to that next level effective and efficient. The accelerator program is geared for new managers as well as those with years of experience in leadership. Enrollment is limited to 9 participants per session.

- Orientation – Sept. 3
- Leadership and Communication – Sept. 10, 17, and 24
- Coaching and Mentoring – Oct. 8, 15, and 22
- Transformational Conflict – Nov. 5, 12, and 19

Leadership Intensive
This summer program is hosted in Rapid City at the Turbine building, home of the DWU nursing program.
We’ll cover the same key topics as the Leadership Accelerator, but in one 3-hour session per topic. We’ll work together from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for three consecutive Wednesdays (July 15, 23, and 30) and we’ll give you the most practical, relevant, and applied information from our flagship program. After each session, you’ll bring new leadership skills back to your organization.
- Cost is $1,500 per person.
- Invoice will be sent and is payable prior to class starting.
- Minimum class size is 8.
