Outreach & Missions
Campus Ministry seeks to offer opportunities for students, faculty and staff to put their faith into action and better understand the university’s motto of “Sacrifice or Service”. If you have ideas or would like to get involved with outreach and missions contact Kelli Swenson (kelli.swenson.10@dwu.edu) or Ana Morel (ana.morel.11@dwu.edu).

DWU traveled to Peru in May of 2002-2006, 2009, 2011 and 2013 building a relationship with the people of Chincha, Peru, while constructing a church and a day school to provide education, daycare, meals and religious instruction to children who live in Third World poverty. The trip is an opportunity to share the good news of Christ in word and deed with the people of South America. As of 2013, more than 100 people from DWU have invested their time and resources in this mission.
